Passenger Information
Grosvenor Executive Travel will require exact destination of journey,
and number of passengers when booking. Additional requirements should
be identified on the booking confirmation. If you wish to make changes
to your booking after we have issued a booking confirmation, we
will do our best to help you (late changes to bookings should be
requested no less than 24 hours prior to the journey). We will make
every effort to accommodate last minute changes, but can make no
guarantees.
Operating Hours
Available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Booking for bank holidays
will require 5 days notice. All bookings are subject to vehicle
and driver availability.
Fixed Rate Period of Hire
Fixed rate hire shall commence from time and location of pick-up
and complete upon arrival at destination.
Special Rate Hire
Half day rates commence from time of pick-up to 6 hours hiring the
vehicle. A fee of £20 per hour, or part of, will be charged
in the event of the hire period over-running.
Full day rates apply to hire in excess of 6 hours up to a maximum
of 12 hours (over-running fees will apply, see above)
Other durations of hire, in excess of 12 hours, can be agreed on
an individual basis.
Insurance
Grosvenor Executive Travel offers full comprehensive chauffeur hire
cover, to all passengers whilst using their services. We strongly
recommend our clients take out their own travel insurance, in the
event of a force majeure occurring.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any loss or delay, caused as a result
of the following: strike action, industrial disputes, riots, political
unrest, hostilities, war or the threat of war, terrorism, fire,
flood, technical/weather problems with airlines or ferry operators,
weather conditions or any other event beyond our control.
Disclaimer
Grosvenor Executive Travel does not accept responsibility for injury,
sickness or death of account holder, or passengers, except where
such death, injury or sickness is caused by an employee of Grosvenor
Executive Travel.
Payment
Payment can be made by cash (in person) or by cheque, payable to
Grosvenor Executive Travel. We are currently unable to process credit/debit
card payments, although this facility may be available in the future.
A 25% deposit and a fully completed booking confirmation form will
be required. We recommend you retain a copy of this form for your
records.
Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable in event of a cancellation occurring.
Additional Payments
Parking, toll or hotel charges (if necessary) will be added to clients
invoice at time of booking. Magazines and complimentary soft drinks
will be available in the vehicle throughout the duration of the
journey. Additional collections and drop-offs, not on original booking,
will be charged on an individual basis.
Return Journeys
All return journeys must be paid in full at time of initial drop-off.
Corporate Clients
Corporate Customers will be invoiced 25% at time of booking, the
balance of which will be invoiced within 24 hours of journey's completion.
Payment terms are 7 days from date of invoice, unless previously
agreed in writing.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Grosvenor Executive Travel reserve the right to amend these Terms
and Conditions. All clients shall be informed prior to any changes
being implemented.
Inappropriate Behaviour
Any member of the party acting in an antisocial manner, causing
unwarranted distraction to the driver, or generally causing concerns
regarding safety, will be asked to leave the vehicle, and seek alternative
transport to their destination. No refund will be offered in these
circumstances.
Vehicle Presentation
Any damage or soiling, caused by the client or a member of their
party, will incur payments for repair/cleaning, including loss of
revenue whilst the vehicle undergoes any necessary work. Please note: Grosvenor Executive Travel carry out a strict non-smoking policy in the vehicle. However additional time can be added to the journey for smoking breaks, but advance notice must be given at time of booking.
